Streamline Customer Onboarding Process

In the office, I am tasked to design architecture to streamline customer onboarding process. Goal is to capture data real time from form submission and pass the form details over to an external Call Center. This is part of a potential customer (leads) onboarding process whereby the call center will retrieve the user data and call the lead to discuss their interest to example open a Savings Account.
